ANDREAS FIRUS
The man, the myth, the magician.
Down into the machine, broke at the bottom, came back up with the magic potion. Now the alchemist hands out the recipe.
The hero's journey, the short version.

Prima Materia
I read every system but my own
An outsider wired to initiate in a room full of responders, trained early to hide the edge. Years in the technical world, mechatronics, then an engineering degree, reading complex systems while never turning the same eye on the one I was living inside. The lead.

Nigredo
Everything came apart
It cracked during my master's. I picked up the inner work I'd spent years joking about, and the gates came open: burnout, depression, my life and relationships apart, face to face with every shadow I'd outrun. The old self died.
-
Albedo
The spellbreak
Clarity came back. I saw the labyrinth, the wellness scam, the therapy-as-identity racket, the borrowed ideologies, the whole fear economy, and dropped it. The compass came back online.
-
Rubedo
Lead into gold
The system finally felt safe enough to repair. Stress, sleep, light, and rhythm fell into one order, and the crown came back as the receipt. Lead into gold.

Sublimatio
Free of the theater
What's left is the state itself: moving only when it's aligned from the inside, immune to the fear-marketing, needing nothing external to be whole.
The work, with one room lit.
Every project grew out of the same break and the same rebuild. One is the current focus and the open commercial work. The rest are the other rooms of the same house.
Crown Alchemy
Lead into gold. Collapse into crown.
The elixir I came back with, made shareable. Reduce interference, increase coherence: pull the noise out of food, training, light, and environment until the body runs on its own again and the crown reports back. Not a protocol religion, not suppression sold as discipline, not another guru running on your panic. A philosophy anyone can reach, shared through my story, not owned by it.

The few things that held when everything else got cut.
- The compass, not the data
- More information was never the missing piece. A compass is, and no stack of data installs one.
- Shadow first
- Deconditioning, shadow work, inner-child work. You don't get a real compass back until you've walked through your own darkness and faced the dragons.
- Sovereignty
- Outsource your body and your compass dies, and a man without one is easy to program. I stopped renting mine back from anyone.
- Build, don't cope
- The black pill says the world is broken so you're powerless. The white pill says it's broken so you become sovereign. I build from the second one.
